Q: Can I return the product?

Yes, we offer a 3 ml sample for testing purposes of the same fragrance that was purchased.

We offer this service to avoid opening the perfume. Therefore, we apologize for not accepting returns of opened products.

Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
Offers consisting of more than one perfume are not subject to partial refunds.
Lavern samples are non-returnable products.
Cash on delivery is a paid service that requires the customer to receive the order and pay on time. When the product arrives and the customer wishes to return it, the fees will be deducted in favor of the customer.

Q: How long do I have to return the product?

The allowed period is seven days from the date of receipt of the order.

Q: In the return process, how can I get a refund?

The amount will be refunded after the product arrives and we check its condition, then the amount will be transferred to your account within three to five business days.
